Shipping Method & Processing

We currently offer one Standard Shipping option for all orders. All items are carefully inspected and packaged at our warehouse before dispatch.

  • Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and handed over to our shipping carrier within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Shipping Carrier: We partner with reputable global and regional carriers to deliver your order. The specific carrier will be selected based on your destination.
  • Shipping Destinations: We ship to most countries worldwide. Delivery availability will be confirmed during the checkout process.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination, package weight, and dimensions. The final shipping cost will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase. Please note that we do not offer free shipping at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active on the carrier's website.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, please be aware that your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost paid to Lyspuls. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Lyspuls is not liable for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will attempt to modify the address if the order has not yet been shipped.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please refuse delivery if possible and contact our support team immediately. For lost packages, please allow for the full estimated delivery window to pass before contacting us. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
