At Lyspuls, we are committed to your satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on our products: Keyboards, Gaming Mice, and Game Controllers.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:

  • In its original, unopened packaging with all seals intact.
  • In the same condition as when you received it (unused, undamaged, with all accessories and manuals).
  • Returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Please note that software licenses, digital downloads, or items marked as "final sale" are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are exempt from being refunded:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or are not in original condition.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, accident, or improper handling by the customer.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.

Refund Process

  1. Initiate a Return Request: Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  2. Ship the Item: Securely package the item with its original packaging and accessories. Include the RMA number inside the package. Ship the item to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse.
  3. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.

Shipping Costs & Restocking

Shipping costs for returning an item are generally the customer's responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective product or an item different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will cover all return shipping costs and expedite a replacement or full refund for such cases.
